Rowe Price, Nintendo, and others with Rcomp, a comprehensive compensation planning solution developed by EIR's staff under the Nuvosoft brand. Rcomp, an innovative and highly successful system, was ultimately acquired by Plateau Systems (now SuccessFactors).

We have been serving the compensation planning requirements of our clients for more than a decade.
