History of Success
France Lampron founded Enterprise Information Resources Inc. in 2007 after her previous software company, Nuvosoft (founded in 1998) was acquired by Plateau Systems. Nuvosoft was an early innovator in compensation solutions. The company developed software and delivered large-scale solutions, upgrades and new implementations to mid-sized and multi-national organizations.
EIR's leadership team of France Lampron, president and Linda Koski, EVP of Consulting Services have presented at industry conferences including the HR Technology Conference, IHRIM International Conference, WorldatWork, HIUG Healthcare Industry User Group and SuccessFactors user groups.
